Sydney, Australia is my favorite place in the world! Yes things can be expensive but there are many free things to do there as well. Minimum wage is also much higher there so the cost of living is more comparable.

My parents had a foreign exchange student from Norway. She said that people tend to make more money in Norway, but the cost of living is higher too. It didn’t surprise me that Norway would be #1 on the list. I’m surprised about Mexico though. You always hear of people going there because it’s cheap but I guess we’ve been fooled. NIce article. Great pictures.

I am surprised to see “Punta Cana and Cancun, Mexico” in this list. As a developing country the expense of Cancun is too much. Anyway, NYC is always my favorite city. I would not surprised if I see NYC in the first place in near future.
