During his reign as Cambodian leader in 1975 – 1979 he advocated for genocide, which resulted in the death of nearly a million people. He also advocated for murder, starvation, forced labor and imprisonment of thousands.

    Of course the evil leaders were all from the 1900’s…hopefully this century won’t take after that one in that regard.

    Hitler will always be #1. The craziest thought is that there is no record document that says he was responsible for the death of the Jews. Obviously there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that it was him. Reading his book, it’s evident that he wanted that from the beginning. But no historical documents can be traced back.

    Adolf Hitler on top of the list?? I don’t really think so.. May be the historical facts and statistics are against him. But, that doesn’t mean that he was the most evil leader in the world.

    I am agree they are the Evil Leaders In World History. If Idi Amin is one of them what could you say about “General Yaheya Khan” (Pakistani General)? He killed about 3 million people in Bangladesh in 1971. You can add him easily in this list. For more details you can read “The liberation War of Bangladesh 1971″

    Hitler is the top evil leader indeed. Millions of peoples has been killed during his period of ruling around the world. Modern time leaders are more horrific than Hitler and others on this list but they’re nicely managing to cover up their crimes and brutality by bribing actual witnesses and killing them.
