Europe, New Zealand, Australia and America are classified into the Western World, however, there is more to their cultural practices than you can imagine of. Europe and America are the most popular “Western Civilizations,” but there are several differences in their cultural practices you need to know.

Different opinions on time

The Europeans consider something that has been in existence for a say century new while the Americans consider if very old, for the Europeans an ancient thing is one that has been in existence for 2- 5 millenniums.

    Most of the former British colonies including Australia and Newzealand still follows the “left-hand driving’ system whereas Americans preferred “right-hand” driving system.(Even though America use to be a British colony)

      Americans prefer muscle car. Manufacturers like Dodge, Ford, GM, Cadillac, Hummer and Chevrolet are well renowned in muscle car. Besides European manufacturers Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW, Aston Martin, Audi, Bugatti, Lotus, Porsche are symbol of high speed sports car.

    Glad to learn lot about European and American cultures!! I think they are just keeping up with their best culture practices. Mandatory of learning second languages made the European bit low comparing America.
