5 Foods You Wouldn’t Think Were Healthy

The following are foods that you may not think were healthy, however, they are very good for you.

5) Pork

Pork can be surprisingly healthy as long as the right cuts are used and you limit fats in cooking.  This meat is full of protein and can be a lean choice if cooking chops and pork roast-the loin cuts.  By grilling or roasting this meat, flavor can be added while minimizing extra fats.

    I normally take Potatoes, Coffee and Avocados without the knowledge of their nutritional value.
    At least now i am on the know of their value.
    I haven’t done much on the pork and spices.Its something to consider in my cooking list.

    Coffee is my favorite drink. I everyday takes 5 cup coffee. Actually I want to know is there any side effect of coffee? And is there any limitation to take coffee for betterment? Thank you.

    Muslims does not eat Pork. They think that Pork meat is Haraam( According to Islam belief, The pig is the worst animal created by God).

    I think most of the time it’s not the food, it’s how we use them. Potatoes are good for you but just think about how bad baked potatoes are. In the restaurant I work at, we coat them in sea salt and butter before throwing them in the oven. When we serve them to guests, they load them with butter and sour cream. Same thing with the pork. We usually bread them and put them in the deep fryer. Makes a huge difference.

    Except coffee I know pretty well that all of these foods are very healthy for health!! And everyday routine wise I consume all of these foods and many other type of foods as well.
